I live in Montreal, can I pick up my order directly at the studio?
Yes absolutely and you avoid shipping fees. 😉 Simply select the option Pick-up when you get to the section Shipping method from your shopping cart. An email with a Calendly link will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up. Usually, orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Where is the Hello Chose studio located?
The Hello Chose studio is located in Montreal at 3333 boulevard Crémazie Est and is open by appointment only.
How long do I have to pick-up my order at the studio?
You have 30 days to pick up your purchase at the studio once you receive the email notifying you that your order is ready. After this time, if your purchase is not claimed, it will be relisted without refund. If ever the proposed time slots do not match your availability, contact me by email at info@hellochose.com so that we can find another moment together.
Why are sales final?
Since each item is vintage and unique, a purchase cannot be exchanged or returned. Each object is carefully selected and if ever a product has an imperfection, it will be mentioned in the product page. On the other hand, if there is an error in your order, send me an email so that I can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. 🙂
What are the shipping fees ?
Shipping fees in Canada vary from province to province. In Quebec, I use the services of Purolator with a flat rate of $13 for shipping your orders. For Ontario, the rate is $13. In the United States, the flat rate is $22 per shipment. Shipping is free in Canada on purchases of $100+ before taxes, and $150 before taxes in the United States. All orders are shipped with a tracking number emailed to you.
For international shipments, please contact me by email at info@hellochose.com to obtain the best shipping rate. For the European continent, delivery costs are around $50 with tracking number.
What happens if my package gets lost in transit?
Each order is shipped with a tracking number that is emailed to you when your package is prepared. It allows you to follow it in real time until delivery to your home. In the event that your order has not been delivered as expected, please contact me so that I can check with the carrier and, if necessary, file a complaint for a lost package. It is important to know that I am not responsible for the loss, theft or breakage of a package during transport.
Is it possible to rent objects for a shoot or a photo shoot?
