Is free pickup available?

Yes ! Order pickup is available free of charge in Repentigny at ShipTo, located at 436 rue St-Paul. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Why are sales final?

Since each item is vintage and unique, a purchase cannot be exchanged or returned. Each object is carefully selected and if ever a product has an imperfection, it will be mentioned in the product page. On the other hand, if there is an error in your order, send me an email so that I can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. 🙂

What are the shipping fees ?

Shipping fees in Canada vary from province to province. In Quebec, there is a flat rate of $13 for shipping your orders. For Ontario, the rate is also $13. In the United States, the flat rate is $22 per shipment. Shipping is free in Canada on purchases of $100+ before taxes, and $150 before taxes in the United States. All orders are shipped with a tracking number emailed to you.

For international shipments, please contact me by email at info@hellochose.com to obtain the best shipping rate. For the European continent, delivery costs are around $50 with tracking number.

What happens if my package gets lost in transit?

Each order is shipped with a tracking number that is emailed to you when your package is prepared. It allows you to follow it in real time until delivery to your home. In the event that your order has not been delivered as expected, please contact me so that I can check with the carrier and, if necessary, file a complaint for a lost package. It is important to know that I am not responsible for the loss, theft or breakage of a package during transport.

Is it possible to rent objects for a shoot or a photo shoot?
