For Quebec and Ontario, I'm happy to offer you flat rate shipping at $13 with Purolator Ground. For the rest of Canada and international, shipping is via Canada Post expedited parcel. Shipping is free in Canada for any purchase of $100 and + before taxes and free in the United States on $150 and +. Once I have printed your shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking number depending on the carrier chosen. Allow between 2-4 business days for order processing.

Free order picking is also available. The Hello Chose studio is located at 3333 boulevard Crémazie Est, suite 401 in Montreal. When your order is ready to be picked up (2-4 business days), you will receive an email with a lien Calendly which will give you access to my calendar on which you can make an appointment according to the availability displayed. Check your spam because my email may be there. Your order must be picked up within 30 days of receiving the email confirming that your package is ready to be picked up. All orders not collected after this time will be put back on sale without refund. The appointment must be made at least 12 hours in advance, and a confirmation and a reminder will be sent to you by email. Please respect the agreed date and time, and if unfortunately you have to cancel, please do so via the calendar. ✌️ Non-compliance with time slots / cancellations of the appointment without notice (no show) will result in the shipping of the order at your expense.

Due to the vintage nature of each item sold and their uniqueness, a purchase cannot be exchanged or returned. I carefully select each treasure and if ever a product has a defect, it will be mentioned in the product sheet. On the other hand, if there is an error in your order, send me an email so that I can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
