Shipping policy

All orders are mostly sent with Purolator and Canada Post. The choice of carrier is made according to the destination of the shipment.

Free delivery is offered in Canada for orders of $100 and more before taxes and fixed delivery at $12 in Quebec.

The amount of $100 for free delivery is calculated before applicable taxes and on the reduced prices in the event of promotion by promo code or others.

Packages are generally dispatched within 48-72 business hours following the order.

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the format of certain products. You will be able to follow the journey of each package by tracking number.
