We fell in love with this Pyrex baking dish, Horizon Blue pattern. Made in the USA, it was produced from 1969 to 1972. This is model 045, 2 1/2 QT capacity.

Very good vintage condition, no damage. On the other hand, the edge of the lid has a color that does not come off, even after multiple washes (see last 2 photos).
